We are committed to helping individuals achieve a fulfilling and balanced life, empowering people to take charge of their well-being and reach their full potential.

At times, you may feel lost, lonely, or even misunderstood. It can be challenging to find meaning in our lives and make healthy choices.

However, we believe it is possible for everyone to achieve self-identified health and well-being goals.
Our mission is simple: to help and support individuals in their journey towards optimal health and well-being.

We view each individual as a fellow partner and work alongside them, coaching and motivating them through multiple sessions tailored to their specific goals and needs.

About me

I have always felt a deep connection to helping others through their struggles and challenges. 

My experiences have played a significant role in shaping the person I am today, giving me deep levels of empathy towards others.

In my teenage years, I struggled with an eating disorder that took a toll on my physical and mental health.
Consumed by anxiety and depression, I felt constantly stressed and lost.
I was determined to find a way to heal and get better.
Through therapy, support groups, and hard work, I overcame the eating disorder and developed a strong foundation of mental wellness.

This journey has given me a clear understanding of the importance of self-care and it inspired me to help others in similar situations.
I have trained as a sophrology practitioner and wellbeing coach, learning techniques to help support others in a range of different approaches suited to each individual’s personal circumstances. 

As I continue to learn and grow, as we all do, I am taking the next steps on my path, training to become a psychotherapist using CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy)

My ultimate goal is to empower individuals to find inner peace and a deeper connection with themselves, allowing them to embrace each experience and live life to the full.

At the core of our approach we use a structured method that combines physical and mental exercises to achieve a state of deep relaxation. 

Regularly practising this technique has been shown to have a range of benefits, including stress management, improved sleep, and increased self-confidence and building resilience. 

This practice involves the mind and body and is a blend of Western therapies and Eastern techniques.

We also incorporate other approaches, including well-being coaching, counselling and cognitive behavioural therapy.

As a result, we offer a holistic and integrative approach to healing.
